I had a wonderful meeting in May, because I dreamt to play the electric guitar. I finally found my teacher and my close friend... One touch to my soul with his music... and my verses began to be lyrics in English for possible songs. I need your kind assistance, because I would like that you take an interview with him as well. He is famous in certain music circles, that's why I kindly ask you to contact me for the detailed information. I just help him for everything. By a happy coincidence, he has been knowing Lou since 1973! I helped him in a professional way, so his music will be released and reviewed in my native country. Love and peace from Russia!

Strouds voice here doesn’t sound the same but I luved his voice & liked his style as opposed to DJ’s like Lujack & Dahl. When I was young, I thought DJ’s like King B or Johnny B were funny but Stroud came in at the right timeline of the Boomer. Haven’t listened to radio regularly in the last 10 years as I think all the stations change & become repetitious but The Drive was my last favorite along w/WXRT. They were all great back in the day like The Loop. I’m not in the loop now with music radio stations so I just discovered the news about Stroud going in to semi retirement. I always will remember when I was a regular listener & bought the CD compilations every year that Stroud chose himself. I wish him the best of luck & know he will enjoy having more free time with his Family.

I'm so appreciative to hear the segment between 4:58 to 6:22. Great information because I sing these songs, and they are very challenging and remain so. Just training to sing these songs helped me improve as a vocalist. I use the word "caliber" to discuss Lou's vocals. They are of a whole different calibur.

Lou is a tough SOB!!!! Keep rockin’!!!! When he’s talking about Kelly Hansen it makes me think “Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.” Maybe he was a big Lou fan like the rest of us.
